So things have been a little hectic the last few months. Mike and I have decided to move to my hometown, Austin, Texas. Things got shitty with him at his business because the arrangements at the shop we were moving to fell through, literally leaving us in a horrible situation. The entire reason we moved houses and raised our rent was because this shop was a done deal, a handshaken deal. It's very unfortunate that it happened that way, but I know that God has a much better plan for us eventhough sometimes it's hard to believe. Right now we are looking at multiple houses and are on and off the phones all day. We really thought we were going to be moving into this specific house, but we decided the rent was way too high for us. I think I'm going to start working, you know, to keep me busy. I have a job offer helping my best friends nana bake and deliver cakes. She pays $10, under the table. I start the first week of April. Mike and I are going to stay at my parents for the rest of this month and probably a little bit of next month until we decide what house we want to move into. I just know I want to be in there by June 1st because that'll give me time to set up the nursery. We already have the big furniture (Crib and Dresser) and my baby shower is just about a month away so I'm sure I'll have a lot more stuff to sort and decorate with! How exciting. Mike is looking for shops again, but for now he is just working with my dad for really good money. We are in a really good direction right now, but it's a lot of moving and it's not easy.
Either way, I am happy. Our baby will be here in about 3 months, and that's just so exciting.
I keep wondering what I'm going to have, jeez... I want to know SO bad!
